TAKE A CHANCE ON CHANGE
WELCOME ON BOARD!
That's the motto for anyone looking for an exciting and international challenge in the shipping industry. Our fields of activity range from commercial organization, development and (re)construction up to the trading of ships – worldwide and across cultures. That’s the reason we attach great importance to comprehensive onboarding and universal training, because your profile must suit us and our profile must suit you.
Shipping is by far the most CO₂ efficient mode of transport when you look at emissions per metric ton over transported distance. The accumulated CO₂ emission of shipping however remains significant on a global scale – we are committed to driving forward decarbonization and sustainable business with innovation and dedication.
So, if you would like to work in a constantly evolving company where respectful and appreciative interaction prevails and diversity in gender, origin and religion is part of the corporate philosophy, then we would like to get to know you.
What else can we offer you besides ship management, project development or the sale of ships?

After all, we are an open team that strives for perfection without sacrificing values and empathy. With a healthy mix of challenge and support, we empower each of our employees to develop individually. We are convinced that if the team values the individual, the individual will value the team. This is the way we have always operated and will continue to do so in the future ...
GET STARTED
We recommend the 3-month taster internship for career starters (apprenticeship), dual students and students. Here we would like to show you what a shipping clerk does on a daily basis and prepare you to make the right decision when choosing a career. Because nothing is worse than having to leave the ship halfway through a voyage.
AT SCHOOL
We offer a school internship for school pupils. You will get a first impression of how shipping works and what tasks await you.
